Notice of Public Meeting
The members of the Board of the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) will meet in person at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The location of the meeting is at FAME’s office at 5 Community Drive, Augusta, Maine, and on conference call/Microsoft Teams if preferred. Conference call/Teams participation is preferred for members of the public due to space limitations.
As of September 11, 2026, the action items include:
- Approval of Certification Application—Advantage Capital Community Development Fund XL, LLC/Investment in Defendify, Inc. (Maine New Markets Capital Investment Tax Credit Program;
- Approval of Certification Application—CDVCA 32, LLC/Investment in Defendify, Inc. (Maine New Markets Capital Investment Tax Credit Program;
- Approval of Changes to Program Benefits/Maine Education Savings Program); and
- Approval for Rulemaking–Maine Seed Capital Tax Credit Program, Chapter 307, Amendment 11.
